Our quality approach
Every ANUVA piece is checked before it is packed. If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly at connect@anuva.in with your order number and clear photographs. Our team will review the concern and explain the available next step.
ANUVA does not provide a fixed-duration manufacturing-defect warranty. Issues are reviewed individually based on the product, its condition and the information provided.
Product-specific information
Materials, plating, allergy-related information, water resistance, authenticity details and care needs can differ from one design to another. Please read the Care & Instructions section on the individual product page for the information that applies to that piece. A statement made for one product should not be assumed to apply to every ANUVA product.
Simple jewellery care
- Follow the Care & Instructions shown on the product page.
- Put jewellery on after perfume, lotion, makeup and hairspray have dried.
- Unless the product page specifically says otherwise, remove jewellery before bathing, swimming, exercising or sleeping.
- Keep pieces away from cleaning products and harsh chemicals.
- After wearing, wipe gently with a clean, soft and dry cloth.
- Store each piece separately in a dry pouch or box to reduce scratches and tangling.
- Do not use harsh polish or abrasive cleaners unless the product instructions specifically allow it.
Normal wear, scratches, accidental damage, pulling, incorrect storage and exposure contrary to the product’s care instructions are not treated as manufacturing defects. Even so, you are welcome to contact us and we will try to suggest a helpful next step.
